Focusing on the community
Phosboucraa’s industrial capabilities are being overhauled by a major investment spanning the 2011-2026 period. Investing USD 1.8 Billion will allow us to add even more value to the phosphate we mine, ensuring that the products meet the highest standards at every step along the chain.
As part of the program, we are building a fertilizer complex capable of manufacturing 1 million tons of fertilizers (eq. DAP /MAP) per year.

I am an alumnus of the first cohort of youth developing skills at the Dakhla Learning Center. This program had a great impact on me, both personally and professionally. The training modules we had in this program helped us at different levels, with some of us then successfully finding job opportunities. They helped us apply our skills and build our confidence to show them.
Dakhla Learning Center Alumni
Our cooperative took part in a cooperative capacity building program. Both the training and the staff center were excellent. The pedagogy followed was inclusive and responded to the needs of the participants despite the diversity of their educational levels.
